This action-comedy film was written by Wright and Pegg and was released in February 2007 (UK) - April 2007 (U.S) and is part of the 'Cornetto Trilogy' which is a series of the three British comedy films 'Shaun Of The Dead' [2004], 'Hot Fuzz' [2007] and 'World's End' [2013], all directed by Edgar Wright. 

 

Nicholas Angel (Simon Pegg) gets a promotion to Sergeant, as the best cop in London, but it comes with a price. He is sent by his team to the village of Sandford, where he meets his new partner, PC Danny Butterman (Nick Frost), who loves to ask questions. Angel is then confronted by how strange the town is and starts to wonder why everything seems so perfect - perfect until locals start to die one by one after the 'village of the year' hadn't had any crimes recorded in 20 years. This makes it hard for both officers to unravel the town's mystery, but can they do it before it's too late?

Back in actions after a washed up mission in Mozambique, Johnny English (Rowan Atkinson) must stop high skilled assasins, also known as 'The Vortex', from killing the Chinese PM, Xiang Ping. English makes countless discoveries and is betrayed by someone he would have never suspected. Will his mission succeed despite the struggles?

This is a story set in post-revolutionary France about a prisoner, Jean Valjean, who manages to escape from the police inspector, Javert, and is on the run from him. Meanwhile, Fantine, a labourer, struggles to take care of her child, Cosette who is being held captive by the innkeepers. Along his journey, Valjean agrees to take the child as his own and look after her and so for many years, they live by peacefully, until one day, their lives take an unexpected turn.

Billy Elliot directed by Stephen Daldry

This dance-drama film was released in September 2000.
 
This was set in 1984 in a mining town in northern England at the time when miners were on strike, including the Elliot family. Meanwhile, Billy, the youngest of the family, joins the girls' ballet lessons instead of the boxing classes he was there for. After his family finds out about his love for ballet, Billy gets in trouble, but secretly attends private ballet lessons with Mrs. Wilkinson, who is a huge support to Billy. She manages to get Billy into an audition for the Royal Ballet School after discovering his potential, but will Billy follow his love for ballet or will his family get the best of him?
